We are smitten with the long, bright red fruit, which pairs saccharine sweet with nice spicy heat. Try this dynamic and complex pepper in salsas, hot sauces or even as a spicy sweet snack eaten out of hand. Tall plants will reach 5 feet, and staking is helpful to keep plants upright."
